I offer Remedial & Sports Massage and rehabilitation from my tranquil garden treatment studio, situated between Pembury & Matfield, in Kent
I am a Level 5 trained Soft Tissue Therapist, qualified at the renowned LSSM (London School of Sports Massage). I am continuing to expand my practice by studying and training for a degree in Osteopathy at the London School of Osteopathy.

I offer weekday & weekend appointments, as well as Monday & Wednesday evenings to 8:30pm
Whether you are experiencing neck & shoulder pain due to long periods working at a desk; recovering from a sprain, strain or injury; have a chronic condition that's affecting your mobility - or you simply need some relaxing time-out, I will work with you to relieve muscular tension held in the body and help you get back to doing the things you love.
Each treatment is bespoke and tailored specifically to the person - there is no pre-set routine. We’ll discuss your needs and preferences and I treat using a combination of soft tissue therapies including deep tissue / sports massage, trigger point therapy, muscle energy techniques, myofascial release, and follow-up stretching & strengthening work.

Unless you have pre-arranged a home visit, all treatments take place in my well-equipped garden studio on the outskirts of Pembury.
With easy (and free!) off-road parking, a location within easy reach of Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Matfield, Brenchley and surrounding villages, and evening & weekend appointments, I look forward to welcoming you.
